Your health, safety, and comfort are my top priority. As I serve many clients with varying degrees of immune system health, and several with severe allergies, I strive to create a low-risk environment.


The office is one room and one client restroom. One client at a time - big gap in-between. No waiting area or staff.

You must reschedule if ill, have a fever, or contagious. As sometimes we just wake up sick, late cancel fees are waived. Reschedule once past the CDC's contagious timeline. When I'm ill, I close down and do the same.

Contact me prior to scheduling if you have severe scent sensitivities or allergies (esp dog, cat, or peanuts).

Under the linens on both the massage table and face cradle are waterproof barriers shielding other layers from contact. Linens are properly removed and laundered after each use.

A HEPA air purifier cycles the room at least every 12 mins, removing 99.97% of airborne particles >0.1 microns. The HVAC system uses a hospital-grade (MERV 13) filter.


Either by request or due to a specific need, I can be gloved.

Decor is minimal and non-porous. All contact surfaces and floors are disinfected after each client with a hospital-grade anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral solution that is EPA-registered and applied per CDC instructions.

scents and goos


I don't diffuse oil or use artificial fragrance within the office. I do use a lavender oil spray and sandalwood incense in adjacent rooms, but will refrain upon request. Clients are asked to refrain from applying heavily scented oils, perfumes, or lotions prior to or while at the office.

Linens are laundered with a fragrance-free and dye-free sensitive skin detergent and a non-bleach sanitizer.

I use a fragrance-free and dye-free soap to my wash hands and arms before and after every session. 

I apply a non-scented, hypoallergenic lotion from a closed dispenser. After request or consent, I may apply a topical muscle reliever or Simply Earth essential oil. I also have a hypoallergenic jojoba oil available. You are also welcome to bring your own preferred lotion or oil.

covid19 adjustments


You must reschedule if you have symptoms of or a positive test for COVID-19, or were in close contact with someone who has symptoms of or a positive test for COVID-19 within the past two weeks. Late cancel fees will be waived if symptoms are sudden onset.

You must wear a mask (covering nose and mouth) the entire visit. If you don't have one or forget, I have disposable surgical masks. For each session, I will don both a clean uniform and clean multi-layered filtered mask.

You must read and sign this risk and tracing consent form. It will be emailed the day before your massage. If you have concerns that may lead to canceling, you must follow the cancellation policy, or fees apply.


If a client or I receives a positive COVID-19 test, I'll adhere to the State Department of Health's advice and guidelines.
